MISSION:

The Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Cuba is the organization in charge of the management, execution and control of the State and Government Policy in reference to air transport, civil air navigation and their ancillary and related services.

The Ministry of Justice is the Organism in charge of attending the Government in the preparation and execution of the politics in the juridical environment; to advise in the legislative process; to exercise the abilities that are pointed out by the law regarding the Provincial and Municipal Courts; to exercise the management and the technical, normative and methodological control from the activities to its position and to promote the development of the juridical activity.

Mission:

CENESEX’s mission is to contribute to “the development of a culture of sexuality that is full, pleasurable and responsible, as well as to promote the full exercise of sexual rights.” The center plays a primary role in education concerning contraception and AIDS.


Cuba's once-ambitious foreign policy has been downsized as a result of economic hardship after the collapse of the Soviet bloc. Without massive Soviet subsidies and its primary trading partner, Cuba was comparatively isolated in the 1990s, but has since entered bilateral co-operation with several South American countries, most notably Venezuela and Bolivia. The United States of America used to stick to a policy of isolating Cuba until December 2014, when Barack Obama announced a new policy of diplomatic and economic engagement.


 The creation of Banco Central de Cuba (BCC), as disposed by the Council of State by means of Decree-Law No. 172, of May 28, 1997, provided the country with an institution, capable of concentrating its efforts in the execution of its central banking functions and established a two-tier banking system integrated by Banco Central de Cuba and a group of banks and non-banking financial institutions, capable of coping with the needs which arise from the development of new ways to organise the internal and external economic relations of the country.


El Ministerio de Salud Pública (MINSAP) es el Organismo rector del Sistema Nacional de Salud, encargado de dirigir, ejecutar y controlar la aplicación de la política del Estado y del Gobierno en cuanto a la Salud Pública, el desarrollo de las Ciencias Médicas y la Industria Médico Farmacéutica.
