Our eighteen en-suite one bedroom air conditioned hardwood cottages include a living/dining area and a private veranda. The Beachfront cottages are just steps away from the beach and our Beachview cottages are a two minute stroll to the beach. Champagne Beach is located on the island of Dominica in Caribbean Sea south of Roseau. This beach was named "Champagne Beach" because of small gas bubbles continuously rise from the volcanic sea floor creating fantastic underwater scenery, which is with combination of crystal clear water and extensive marine life is perfect for snorkeling and diving. The beach itself is very rocky with black volcanic sand in spots.

Fort Louis was built in 1789 on a hill overlooking Marigot Bay and the island of Anguilla by the locals in the town, on the orders of Jean Sebastian de Durat, who was governor of St Martin and St Barth, for the king of France at the time.

Its primary function was to defend the harbour warehouses where goods were stored (salt, coffee, sugar cane, and rum).
Later the fort was abandoned and fell into ruin.

Cupecoy Beach is a small, clothing optional beach located at the Southwest corner of St Maarten. It is lined with beautiful rock formations and caves. Several big condo developments in recent years changed the scenary above the cliffs.

On the far western end of the beach clothing is optional, and over the past years, it seems that Cupecoy Beach has developed into a meeting point for naturists.
