Caribbean STAY

The Wallblake house is Anguilla’s only surviving plantation house.  Built in 1787 and fully restored in 2003, the Wallblake House is one of the few houses in the Caribbean where the entire complex of buildings including the kitchen, stable and workers’ quarters remain intact. Located in The Valley next to historic St. Gerard’s Roman Catholic Church, the Wallblake House is open for tours Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Admission: $5.
