Sisters Beach Bar & Restaurant - where Fish on Banana Leaf, Ital Chips and Plantain Fries were originally served
by Harta Sango, who owned and ran the restaurant until 2012.

Today we serve a selection of local and international dishes, with a great emphasis being placed on  the
use of local and fresh fruits, vegetables and other foods.

Fish is the order of the day and is served in a variety of ways - most guests love our pan-fried lion fish with our own
freshly made herb sauce, ital chips and fresh salad. But that is just one of the ways you can order your fish.
We are flexible and aim to please our guests, so please ask if there is something you don't see on the menu.

Our flexibility extends also to guests with special dietry needs like vegetarians, gluten-free and vegan.
Please ask. If possible we like to know in advance if you would like a gluten-free meal, a vegetrarian option is always on the menu.

The menu changes every week so you will never get bored of coming to us and finding something to whet your appetite.
We are open from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm for dinner.
Once a month we have varying menu-related themes for our  Wednesday Night Special.
Saturdays is music and dancing from 10pm.
