The publication began in 2004 with a 50-page spread outlining places to eat within Antigua & Barbuda. It has since grown significantly, with separate spin-off guides to the islands of Dominica and St. Kitts & Nevis. The Guide is the creation of Gulliver Johnson and Janie Conley-Johnson, who are immensely proud of the positive contribution the guide has made to the culinary industry.

This delicious publication has gone on to produce a video seriesFood & Drink TV which illustrates many of our islands chefs, students and personalities. The videos also feature culinary inspired events, video recipes, agriculture and farms, as well as highlights some fantastic places to visit.
