BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – AS is the custom, the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club members met over the weekend to enjoy themselves on the green during their Monthly Medal Golf Tournament, with this particular event being sponsored by Dr. Keith Blake and Associates Dental Clinic.
Close to 50 individuals participated in the event held on Saturday (Mar. 14) in various categories and the club members were joined, albeit not in the competition, by the staff of the Dental Clinic.
The Clinic’s Dr. Revi Chinnaswamy, who is the only Botox provider in the Federation and the premier provider of Invisalign services, told SKNVibes that this is the second time the organisation he represents has sponsored the event, the first being in January 2014.
He explained that Dr. Keith Blake, founder of the Dental Clinic, is fond of golf and was keen on sponsoring the event and the decision was taken to do so.
He further explained that many of the Club’s members are patients of the Dental Clinic and sponsorship of the event is a way to thank them for their patronage.
By the end of the tournament, all had gathered in the lobby of the Club headquarters where the winners of the various categories were issued trophies and or medals as well as a $150-voucher for a service at the Dental Clinic.
John Lowe won a prize for being closest to the pin hole nine and Dave Ramsumair for being closest to hole 15.
