Carmichael's one of Antigua’s newest restaurants and is located at Sugar Ridge. The restaurant sits on top of the ridge overlooking the whole of Jolly Harbour Marina and the palm fringed beaches out towards the neighbouring islands of Nevis, St Kitts and Redonda on the horizon. To say that the sunsets from here are sensational is an understatement.
There’s a swimming pool next to Carmichaels Bar so that guests can have the benefit of the fabulous views throughout the day, and can dip and dine and spend hours enjoying the unique location.
The Carmichael kitchen team prepares succulent dishes for dinner, utilizing the freshest ingredients available from local farmers and fishermen each day. Dishes such as Gorgonzola Glazed Prime Beef Fillet with Steak Potatoes, Burnt Onions, Charred Garlic, Baby Beetroot & Country Dijon as well as Atlantic Salmon with Spinach Mash Potato, Basil, Tomato, Lemon & Olive Oil Sauce, quickly tempt the palate
