INDIGO ON THE BEACH
Indigo on the Beach provides a peaceful and informal setting on the beach overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Warm ocean breezes, gorgeous views, the ultimate way to relax

EAST
East is a strikingly designed space offering an eclectic mix of Japanese, Thai and Indonesian food – a fantastic contemporary setting for dinner in air conditioned comfort.

OTTIMO!
Our newest restaurant is an Italian beside the pool, open for lunch and dinner with tables spread out in the shade. From the authentic wood-burning pizza oven emerges classic dishes using only the freshest Italian ingredients.
Opening Hours:
Open daily from 11.30am to 3.30pm
Tuesdays and Saturdays open from 7pm to 9.30pm
The restaurants can be enjoyed in cool comfort as there are no fussy dress codes at Carlisle Bay.
THE JETTY BAR
This fun, foot-in-the-sand bar is where to catch a drink when coming in from the sea. Fresh coconuts and beers feature, along with light bites and sundowners served around the fire pit (made from an old ‘copper’, which was originally used to boil cane juice).
PAVILION BAR
Pavilion Bar at Carlisle Bay occupies an elegant, open-sided Caribbean pavilion with traditional wooden shutters that open up to let the scents of the sea and rainforest fill the air. With deep sofas, soft lighting and quiet corners for an intimate drink, this is a popular place for meeting for a cocktail before dining.
INDIGO BAR & COCNUT GROVE
Indigo Bar at Carlisle Bay is an open-sided bar beside the beach with simple rattan chairs and sofas where guests gather at any hour for cocktails, fruit punches and drinks. The Coconut Grove, which is located next door, is a pretty swathe of shaded sand behind the main beach where chairs and loungers offer couples a quiet place to hang out with a drink.
