The Restaurant
From the moment you’re greeted by our hostesses to your final bite of dessert, know that you are experiencing a fine dining tradition when you enjoy lunch or dinner at Carambola. With hacienda-style ambience, our restaurant seats 128 and is among the most celebrated on the island.
Featuring international cuisine with a Caribbean flair, our menu is sure to please even the most ornate palate. Start your meal with an exotic appetizer like Caribbean Spiny Lobster Salad. For your entrée, our chef will prepare favourites like Smoked Mushroom Risotto or Beef Tenderloin. We also offer a full selection of Nigiri Sushi and Makimono Rolls. Be sure to leave room for our signature dessert, the Chocolate Marquisse.
The Beach
With the mountains of the Southeast Peninsula and Nevis as a picturesque backdrop, Carambola is ideally located on a beautiful stretch of beach gently lapped by the calm, turquoise Caribbean Sea. Feel the warm sand beneath your toes, bask in the gentle breeze and enjoy the fresh ocean air on one of our lounge chairs. Our cocktails are always freshly made, the beers always cold, and the beach grill fired up to craft your favourite snack.
On the beachfront, there are day beds, lounge chairs and love seats, as well as aqua sports facilities and Wi-Fi access for our customers. After lounging on the beach, feel free to freshen up for dinner in our restrooms, which are well-equipped with shower facilities.
