Only ten minutes away from the heart of St. John's and the V.C. Bird International Airport, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and only 15 minutes from the beach, Agave Condo is perfect for those who want to navigate the island. It is also within 3 miles of the Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium.
Follow the pathway through the neatly tended garden up to the covered patio, which offers seating perfect for sundowners, and on through a grand entrance into the welcoming comforts of the condominium.
Agave condominium offers the following amenities:
- An open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. A room divider allows screening between living and dining areas.
- Two bedrooms: 4-poster Queen in Master. 2 twins in second bedroom may be pushed together for couples. An extra set of bed linen and towels is provided.
- Wi-fi Internet & Cable TV (HBO, Showtime, CNN & more), Home Theatre system with DVD, CD.
- A utility room contains a washer & dryer set and ironing board with iron. It also includes a storage area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home- cooked meals includes full-size range/oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans, etc.
- Air conditioning in bedrooms. Window screens and ceiling fans throughout home.
- Computer desk and chair.
- Both bedrooms share a large Jack and Jill bathroom. A powder room located adjacent to the living room is convenient for guests.
- A complementary cell phone is available for your convenience during your stay at Agave Condo.
- Maid service is available upon request for an additional charge. Please note that maid service will be limited to cleaning and laundry.
On arrival, Guest Services Representative, Leroy Shand will meet you and give you a guided tour of the condo and ensure you know everything about your vacation home. Additionally, he will be available to answer questions about the home and island and assist in any way he can to make your stay in Antigua memorable.
