The Bay restaurant is located on a bluff overlooking the tropical waters of Nonsuch Bay, carefully designed, with you in mind, to make the most of the dramatic scenery. Diners are seated at tables on a cascading series of terraces contoured along the edge of the hillside.
The stunning restaurant occupies a commanding position on an outdoor covered terrace at the clubhouse with views over the bay and the activities at the beach.

Temo Sports is located in Historic English Harbour overlooking Falmouth Harbour Marina. The complex was opened in April 1987 and has been providing recreational facilities to visitors and residents since that time. These include two synthetic grass floodlit tennis courts and two glass backed international squash courts.

Swalings Competitive swim club was formed In 2009 after teaching children to swim in Antigua for the last 6 years. Having built such a strong learn to swim and water safety program, demand grew to start swimming competitively.

This hike is one of the lesser used ones, and climbs to just under 700 metres. That said the unbelievable views are worth it, from the Sherkley Mountains in the West, to Willoughby Bay in the East, English Harbour and the airport, you get views of much of the island along the hike.

A SHADY FOREST WALK
This walk is perfect if you set out a little later in the morning as the forest provides beautiful shade for most of the hike. The trail starts a little up the road from Freeman's Bay and leads up to Shirley Heights.
