There’s a three-part rule in Rum Jungle: See no evil; Hear no evil; Speak no evil.

Just do what your instincts tell you. There is no better place in Montego Bay to experience the variety and caliber of entertainment exclusive to this heavily themed fun den. Experience the transformation at night as the ceiling becomes the sky with stars, and walls morph into a jungle scene with wild animals seemingly watching your every move.

OUR STORY BEGINS with the opening of Rick's Cafe by its founder, Richard Hershman, in April 1974. At the time, Negril was a sleepy fishing village with little development. It lacked many modern amenities such as electricity, telephone and hot running water. Our beautiful little cliffside location was originally owned by a local doctor, the son of the first Governor General of independent Jamaica.

The Boston Wine School is the place where everyone can come to learn about wine and food. No matter who you are, no matter how much you know, or don’t know about wine. If you love wine and food, you’ll find a home at the Boston Wine School.

Classes are small — 20 students max — with people at every stage, from 21+ beginners up. Get ready to taste 6-8 specially selected wines with bread, cheese, olives & antipasto too. We teach one night, multiple week, and weekend classes plus dinner.

Stroll through Redbones Blues Café and you'll know you've entered a new generation of Jamaican restaurants.

Airy yet intimate dining rooms surprise within what was once a Spanish colonial-style house. Yellow and peach hues warm the nouvelle-Jamaican restaurant's walls, as gold stars and blue suns smile from doorways and ceilings.

Since 1995 when he opened the 39-seat Metropolis Cafe and 1998 when he opened Aquitaine Bar á Vin Bistrot, Seth Woods has been steadily shaping his Aquitaine Group into a respected local operator of fine-casual restaurants. Growing his brand Woods took on his partners, Matthew Burns and Jeffrey Gates, who together own and operate Aquitaine Chestnut Hill ( 2000) , Aquitaine Dedham ( 2009), Gaslight Brasserie (2008), Union Bar & Grille (2003) and the lunch-only Cafe Green Light (2008).

The renowned Mingles Pub is a favorite for both locals and visitors just ask any Kingstonian in the know. This upscale locale offers theme nights, including Karaoke Fun on Thursday, Friday night Escapade: dedicated to those who want to wind down after a busy week, and Saturday night presents “Saturday Latin Mingle” with Latin dancing and tons of fun. A specialty Latin menu is also available. Try the now-famous Mingles mini-platters, a great snack to have alone or share with friends.

Beginning with a tiny, 38-seat wine bar they set out to recreate the feel and the look of an evening on the Ramblas. They worked hard and made no compromises to achieve their aims: sophisticated décor that evoked Milan, SoHo, or Rio de Janeiro. Simple, flavor-filled dishes redolent with olive oil, lemon, smoky paprika. A comprehensive list of wines by the glass from around the world, with an emphasis on the lesser-known regions of Spain and Portugal. They were guided not by any places that existed at the time, but only by what they liked, and the way they liked it.

Margaritaville Ocho Rios is bar and grill that provides all-day family fun and night time entertainment. This property features a rooftop whirlpool hot tub, a two-story  100 foot long waterslide that soars above the main bar and plunges into the fresh water pool below with a swim-up bar. The downstairs area boasts an ambiance of beach and relaxation throughout the day, urban and "nightclub" by night. Mosiac tiles and wrought iron accents on the upper level lend an intimate and sophisticated Afro-Cuban feel to the 'Havana Day Dreamin' bar and lounge.
