Nestled in a tropical hillside, overlooking the scenic Clarkes Court Bay, this villa was built for your enjoyment.
Tivigny (say ‘Tee-vee-nee’) is a contraction of
‘Petit Calivigny’, the name of the area.
Originally the land was part of the huge Calivigny estate. Donkeys, laden with sugar cane, used to trudge down the footpath to the beach and waiting boats.
Those days are gone, but there is still plenty of activity in the bay, with fishing boats, yachts and dinghies coming and going. From the veranda at Tivigny, you’ll enjoy a grandstand seat for the show!
