The Searulean is a modern 2-floor duplex accommodation, a luxury affordable beach getaway for 1 or 2 couples with all conveniences for a great relaxing time on Orient Bay, from private swimming pool, to free Wifi, washer and dryer, to air-conditioning throughout. The Searulean is centrally located in Orient Village; all of Orient Bay can be reached on foot.
When you walk out of your door, you are right behind Kakao Beach on Orient Bay. A few footsteps further lies the best beach of the Caribbean. Warm water year round, lots of water sports and numerous beach bars, restaurants and shops make Orient Beach the number one destination in the Caribbean.
The dining square in the village is 120 meters walking distance away and offers casual open air eateries, bars and a few shops. A great place for breakfast is a mere 50 meters away at the Alamanda Resort. The nearest beach bars from Searulean are Kakao, Bikini and the Kontiki. Club Orient and Pedro's are a few minutes walk to the southeast.

The Searulean offers a beautiful, relaxing setting in a tropical modern atmosphere coupled with up to date and complete amenities, both inside and outside of the house that makes it the perfect beach vacation getaway for one or two couples. This townhouse is one of the few rental homes in Orient Village that offers a private swimming pool in the quiet backyard completely encircled by hedges for utmost privacy. Outdoor features include:

Comfort and Style
The modern atmosphere of the Searulean gives this accommodation a comfortable, relaxing and breezy feel. The vacation home is a ground floor split level accommodation, ideal for two couples desiring their own privacy. It has a cozy living room, kitchen/dining room and a guest bathroom on ground floor. Two equal bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms are upstairs. The townhouse was lovingly re-decorated in 2014 in a modern style and is fully air-conditioned.
The house is well equipped with all conveniences including a comfortable sitting room with an upscale sofa bed for 1-2 additional guests. French doors give access to the covered terrace. The dining room provides also walk out access to the terrace with lounging and dining areas.

If cooking is not on your schedule, then breakfast can be enjoyed at the nearby restaurants such as the Alamanda Resort (just 50 meters away). For dinner, the village's main square "La Place du Village" is located a mere 120 meters from the Searulean and offers numerous dining options, open air eateries and bars as well as shops and grocery stores.

Two large bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms were lovingly decorated and have air-conditioning, a closet and French doors with shutters that open to the balcony with a lounge seating area.

Location
Searulean is centrally located in Orient Village, within a quick walk of 80 yards from Orient Beach and the beach bars. Restaurants, grocery stores and shops at the marketplace of Orient Village called "La Place du Village" are 120 yards away. Across the square are grocery and convenience stores, a bakery, deli, and a few more shops.
Orient Beach on the northeast coast of the island is the best serviced and most popular beach of St. Martin. It is a 2+ mile white sand beach, great for a swim, snorkeling, water sports and entertainment at any of the many beach bars and restaurants lined along the beach. More attractions and things to do are nearby: the ferry station in French Cul-de-Sac (10 min drive) for a "day off" on the dream beach of Pinel Island. The Butterfly Farm at Le Galion is about the same distance away, opposite direction. As to dining out, many of St. Martin's finest restaurants are in Grand Case, also about a 10 min. drive from the Searulean.
