Established Island Properties 1990 ; 1998 expanded with ReMax Franchises in St. Maarten, St. Martin, St. Eustatius, Saba, Anguilla and St. Barths. 2005 assisted in creation of 5 star Coral Beach Club in Oyster Pond and first brand hotel on St. Maarten-Westin Dawn Beach. 2006 assisted in creation of Gateway Megayacht Marina ; 2010 transitioned from franchise owner to agent-consultant to better serve clients.
