The Space
We offer a fully furniture apartment with working kitchen, Induction Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, AC and running hot and cold water,Air Conditioning, Safebox, It also has a dining room and a living room with TV set, a modern large sofa. 110 and 220 volt electricity.
New renovated in 2015, the apartment has a centralized alarm system with movement sensors, and 2 rooms: one of them big with large bed (160 cm) and bathroom, window, and another small room with another another bed, extensible until 160 cm. The apartment is in 2nd floor, and has a terrace with a dining set, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and El Malecón (Seafront avenue).
Guest Access
Cleaning, changing sheets and hygiene supplies are included in the cost of housing. These services are provided once every 2 days.
The Neighborhood
The Apartment is in a safe and well located area, the centrally located neighborhood called Vedado, one of the most frequented places in Havana.
Getting Around
Just a few meters away from the famous Malecon Habanero (Havana seafront avenue) and Linea avenue, one of the main arteries of the zone. The apartment is very near from Paseo avenue, where some of the more important hotels of Havana are Located, very near of Paseo Market, where you can buy everything you need for your daily life. The apartment is located very close to bars and Jazz Cafe, CopaRum, Hotel Riviera, Havana Cafe Hotel Cohiba, restaurants, paladares,
supermarkets (Galleries Paseo), the Restaurant 1830, Banco Metropolitan Cadecas (currency exchange), theaters, all few minutes drive or walk away.
