Bamboo Bernie's has recently completed its relocation to Sonesta Maho Arcade.
Come and visit us in our newly reopened and completely remodeled restaurant for a taste of St. Maarten's finest contemporary cuisine and New York style sushi. The new interior is a real eye-catcher: Indonesian sculptures, tropical hardwood furniture, life-size Buddha statues, and a colorfully lit waterfall are exciting centerpieces of the all new stylish decor.
Bernie's world class sushi continues to be prepared by the same expert master chefs from Los Angeles and New York City. We have also enhanced our non-sushi menu with items that non-sushi lovers will truly enjoy.
Our kitchen is open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and the Buddha Lounge will serve food and drinks into the early hours of the morning.
