Arijah Harrigan has a foundation named after her because she was born special. Her family created a non-profit foundation in her namesake and bearing her brother’s handprint in order to bring hope and the promise of a brighter future for Arijah and children like her.
Founded in 2006 The Arijah Children’s Foundation is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to serve Anguilla’s children with special needs.
Through the kind and generous donations of many individuals, businesses and community groups, the Foundation opened the Blossom Centre on September 6, 2010 and today provides daily educational and therapeutic programmes and services for Anguilla’s children with special needs.
