•The itineraries are almost infinite and there are no rules! We work closely with our guests to put together a package to suit their every need at an affordable price.
•Why not “Learn to Sail” during a relaxed and informal week sailing round the island, by taking a recognised RYA Training Course and achieve a formal certificate of qualification.You will receive expert tuition and an understanding of the mysteries of sailing from two highly qualified and experienced RYA Instructors. It is great fun – come and “learn the ropes”!

Their love of sailing and the Caribbean, combined with their desire to introduce both to as many people as possible, has impacted on so many people, some of whom have gone on to buy their own yacht.
Both are equally well qualified as UK Royal Yachting Association Ocean Yachtmasters, as well as RYA Cruising & Shorebased Instructors.They have sailed over 100,000 miles between them across most of the oceans of the world.
Their attention to the safety of their guests and their yachts is paramount and will always be. They are true sailors with the knowledge and experience to carry you safely to wherever you want to go!

RYA CERTIFIED TRAINING
Miramar Sailing School is a recognised RYA Training Centre based in Jolly Harbour, Antigua. If you are interested in just learning the basics, or want to become a fully qualified and professional yachtsman, we offer a full range of practical and theory sailing courses.
With over 50 years of experience, the Miramar Team is fully qualified to deliver all elements of the RYA Scheme in the beautiful waters of the Caribbean Sea. Whatever your sailing aspirations may be, the Miramar School promises a memorable sailing experience.

YACHT RACING
Caribbean sailing is awesome! When you add in the excitement of close quarters, cut and thrust racing it becomes even better!!
We offer something for all enthusiasts of yacht racing, whether they be race crew or spectators. There are several options for enjoying the thrill of racing on one of our yachts. “Single Berth” charter for individuals; “Whole Yacht” charter for established crew teams, or groups of friends; and “Customised Corporate” charter for companies who seek to reward or build teams in a unique, challenging, and exhilarating environment.
When we are not enjoying the excitement, and fun, of cut and thrust, on the edge racing, we need to transfer our yachts between events. This brings abundant opportunities for all types of crew to hone skills, build miles and gain experience. We have several passages, both long and short around the Caribbean and Mediterranean, including transatlantic passages in both directions.
Caribbean Regattas that we participate in include:
Rorc Caribbean 600, St Maarten Heineken Regatta, BVI Spring Cup, Les Voiles de St Barth and Antigua Sailing Week to name but a few. Our schedule is flexible so let us know where you want to race and we'll be there!
