Personal Profile: Born and raised on the island of St. Maarten. Educated in the US. My father started the first real estate company on the island with a gentleman from New York. Growing up watching him help people find their dream property on the island made me want to do the same. Joined RE/MAX Island Properties in 1999 and have enjoyed assisting people from all different parts of the world find their home in paradise. The best part of my job has been the many clients that have turned in to friends. St. Maarten / St. Martin is a unique island. We are not just selling property, but a lifestyle. Once you own here and spend a few years, you will come to realize this. I specialize in residential sales mainly to people that want a vacation home on the island either to use themselves or to rent out to generate income. Primary areas I deal with are Simpson Bay, Pelican Key, Beacon Hill, Cupecoy, Terres Basses, however I work the entire island as well as Anguilla, Saba and St. Barths.
