The Space
Melvis house is decorated with excellent taste and the apartment is completely independent. Located in an 8th floor, with spectacular view of the bay and the old part of Havana from a wide terrace. The accommodation also has a privileged location, and you can enjoy all places of interest on this part of Havana. We also offer breakfasts and dinners not included in the room price with excellent quality.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the Historic Center, wich is the most remarkable of the american continent, given its rich architecture. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and there are most of the monuments, forts , monasteries and palaces of the colonial era. At this moment is in restorative process.
Getting Around
Public transport is deficient in Havana , so that foreigners often use taxis, public transport, cycle rickshaws , cocotaxis and bustour.
Other Things to Note
At the moment the old part of the city is in the process of restoration of the sewerage , water, electricity, telephone ... which could eventually affect any of these services at the apartment.
