On the southwest side of St Kitts south of Basseterre, the snorkeling at Green Point Reef offers a glimpse at stingrays, hawksbill turtles, grunts, angelfish, sponges and sea fans. The average water depth is 25 feet deep.

To reach the snorkeling on St Kitts by air, you will need to fly into Robert L Bradshaw International Airport (SKB) near Basseterre. There are regular flights from New York, Toronto, Miami, Atlanta, Newark, Charlotte and Puerto Rico on American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines.

During St Kitts snorkeling, you will find that the visibility usually ranges from 40 feet to 90 feet. The surface water temperature ranges from 85F in the summer to 75F in the winter. While snorkeling, you may encounter angelfish, damselfish, barracuda, snapper, grunts, grouper, jacks, stingrays, nurse sharks and sea turtles. Before entering the water, make sure to look out for jellyfish that are common to these waters.
