An American from Rhode Island, Carla lived in south Florida for many years before relocating to St Kitts. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College. This education coupled with sixteen (16) years of progressive business management experience has given Carla a keen focus on client relations, contract negotiations and human resources.

Born on the neighboring island of Montserrat, and raised in England, Kym has lived in St. Kitts since 1995. She earned a BTech degree in Operational Studies and Catering Management from Chichester College in England and has been employed in the financial services and hospitality industry since 1986. Her professionalism, patience and focus make her a natural in the real estate and property management industry.

Born and raised in St. Kitts, Velma has been with Brian Kassab and Associates since 2001. Her duties include maintaining client accounts, accounting services for each individual property owner, managing tenant statement accounts, updating inventory and maintenance logs. Velma is skilled at resolving tenant issues, thereby minimizing tenant turnover.
