Colonial casa particular built in 1930, in good technical shape as well as its presentation, the casa consists of 100m square and is located in the center of Havana Vedado close the the Viazul bus station. Goichea have two rooms for rent which are completely independent and private, have a kitchen with all utensils, both rooms have separate bathrooms. The two rooms are air conditioned. Guests can also enjoy other areas of the casa, such as a terrace and a balcony overlooking the streets of Havana.

Run by Julio Muñoz and Rosa Orbea (english speaking), Casa particular Muñoz is a colonial house built in 1800 that has retained its original style and antique furniture (featured in National Geographic magazine October 1999, page 102 and National Geographic Traveler March-April 2012,page 67).
