FINE DINING
The Bay restaurant is located on a bluff overlooking the tropical waters of Nonsuch Bay, carefully designed, with you in mind, to make the most of the dramatic scenery. Diners are seated at tables on a cascading series of terraces contoured along the edge of the hillside.
The stunning restaurant occupies a commanding position on an outdoor covered terrace at the clubhouse with views over the bay and the activities at the beach.

A passionate and creative team has created menus that draws inspiration from around the world. During the day, the menu emphasizes fresh, simple Caribbean and international favourites. In the evening, diners can relax in the club lounge for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, while choosing from a sophisticated Asian and international-inspired dinner menu and extensive wine list.
SPECIAL EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS
The Bay is a wonderful location for your special events including wedding receptions, anniversary parties, cocktail parties and fine dining engagements and other celebrations. From intimate parties to larger groups, Executive Chef Mitchell Husbands will develop a custom menu depending on your budgets and requirements.
HOTEL DAY PASSES
With the waterside restaurant, infinity swimming pool, endless beaches & outdoor loungers, Nonsuch Bay Resort is a wonderful place to enjoy a day with family and friends. Day passes are offered to locals and visitors alike and are a great way to enjoy the all the resort has to offer. The cost (inclusive of tax and services) is USD$150.00 per person and USD$80.00 for children under 12years.
Our day passes are available between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm and includes return sail to Green Island, lunch with one glass of house wine, drinks by the glass, use of pools, beach side chairs, beach towels, afternoon tea and canapés and a room for changing purposes if you are joining us for dinner. Watersports can be arranged for an additional fee.
WATERSPORTS
Watersports are at the very heart of the Nonsuch Bay Resort and its sailing facilities are first class. Avocet sailing is equipped with dinghies, catamarans and keelboats and offers professional sailing instruction for all ages and abilities. Guests can enjoy exploring the bay by kayak or paddleboard or can arrange some kitesurfing.
Enjoy the seclusion and natural beauty of uninhabited Green Island with its superb beaches which is just a short boat ride away. It makes a great base for snorkelling around its shores and over the adjoining coral reef. A club launch can whisk you over there or you can take a cruising dinghy or catamaran.
