Tucked away off the beaten path in a Hope Estate warehouse, and only open for lunch, Bacchus' raison d'être is primarily the "Cave" - its immense 5,000 sq ft wine cellar which reportedly contains more than 80,000 cases of the most exquisite and rare varieties of wine to be found in the Caribbean.

The refined dishes which are served at "La Table" are created to complement and showcase the wines, and enhance the visiting oenologists' sense and flavors. Should you require any assistance in making your selection, just ask Stephane, the highly qualified sommelier (formerly at Le Cottage) .

The top quality menu at Bacchus consists of traditional French recipes with a modern touch, prepared with natural products. The restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Saturday, and traiteur-style delicatessen are also available for take-away. Bacchus offers indoor seating only, reservations are essential.
