1. The ANT Heritage Tour catered to the interests of the visitor(s), but generally includes stops at:
· Big Spring Heritage Site
· Valley Well
· Ebenezer Methodist Church
· Koal Keel
· The Old Court House
· Sandy Ground
· Wallblake House/property
Additional sites that we can also be included within this visit are:
· East End Pond Conservation Area
· Sandy Hill Bay
2. The ANT Amerindian Settlement Site Tour, generally includes stops at:
· Sandy Hill
· Big Spring
· Fountain Cavern location (but not the actual cave)
· Forest Bay, Sandy Ground
· stop at ANT office to look at artifacts.
This tour is more informative – we provide the history and significance of the sites.
3. Walking Tour of the Historical Lower Valley. This tour begins and ends at the ANT Office. We walk along Coronation Avenue to the top of Crocus Bay Hill. We then walk through Sacchasses and back down to the office. We talk about all of the significant historical sites and buildings along the way.
4. Birding Tour. The sites that we visit on these tours depends on the time of year.
5. Big Spring Heritage Site.
In terms of cost, a visit to Big Spring only is US$10/adult; US$5.00/child (12 and under). This tour usually takes about 20 minutes.
The longer tours usually last between 2-3 hours, depending on the number and type of stops. Costs of these tours are:
US$50/adult – discounted to US$40/adult for groups of 6 or more
US$30/child (12 and under)
We can fit four people comfortably in our vehicle. If it is a larger group, then we can provide extra vehicles at an additional cost of US$50/vehicle. If the visitors have their own vehicle, they may prefer to use it instead of paying the additional cost.
