Rental Genius is the most generous customer loyalty program in the car rental industry. Most programs allow you to accumulate points for rental discounts and free rental days. A few programs allow you to earn product awards of substantial value.
Earning Points
You earn one point for each paid dollar of base rental charges for qualifying reservations made at acerentacar.com for vehicles at participating ACE locations. Points are accumulated for rental time and mileage charges. Points are not accumulated for taxes, fees, protection products, special equipment, and other optional items. From time to time, ACE offers promotions that add bonus points to your account.
Points are credited to your account 8 days after the rental completes.
Points are valid for two years from the date each rental completes. Points are only awarded for retail bookings made at acerentacar.com and acerent.mobi. Reservations using special negotiated rates may not qualify for Rental Genius points.
Instant Discounts
In addition to the awards you earn with points, frequent ACE renters can also qualify for instant discounts.

Instant Discounts apply only to normal retail rates and cannot be combined with other discount offers. To see the available Instant Discounts, go to acerentacar.com and log on to your member account. Once you are logged on, acerentacar.com will display any applicable Instant Discounts as you build your itinerary. When you confirm your reservation, your confirmation includes the Instant Discount. Instant Discount levels are determined by the base points from completed rentals. Bonus points are not used to determine the Instant Discount level you qualify for.
No Blackout Dates
Points can be earned and Instant Discounts taken for any product available to the retail renting public at participating locations. There are no blackout dates or vehicle type restrictions that limit when you can enjoy the benefits of the Rental Genius program.
Other Terms
ACE has the right to change, limit, or modify program rules, regulations, awards, and point levels at any time without notice. ACE has the right to end the program by providing six months’ prior written notice to actively participating members. In the event of termination of the program, Rental Genius awards must be redeemed within six months of the termination date or they will be forfeited.
